HOME HEALTH
Home Health staff provides quality health care services – from pain management to personal hygiene – to help patients return to a prior state of health while at home. In cooperation with the physician, patient and family, an individualized plan of care is developed to promote health and healing.
We offer a comprehensive range of services for Washington and Idaho residents, including:
- Nursing
- Social Work
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Home Health Aide
- Speech Therapy
- Wound Care Certified Nurse
Home visits are scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., 7 days a week. A registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day.
Tri-State Hospital Home Health is a private, non-profit corporation fully accredited by JCAHO, certified by Medicare and licensed by the states of Washington and Idaho to provide quality health care to people in their own homes.
