LEADERSHIP TEAM & BOARD OF DIRECTORS

As a community-owned hospital, Tri-State Memorial hospital is governed by a 13-member volunteer Board of Directors comprised of area business leaders. The hospital mission to always put the patient first guides Tri-State Memorial Hospital’s leadership.

Donald J. Wee, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wee assumed the CEO position at Tri-State in October 2009. He was the CEO of Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Prineville, Ore. from 1996 to 2009.

He has his master’s in business administration and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
